If you've set your console's DNS, are currently subscribed to a Lightstream Gamer Plan, and your broadcast is still going directly to Twitch, your console may be using IPv6 settings which bypasses the Lightstream DNS servers. You can verify this by checking the "Advanced Networking" settings of your console for any IPv6 settings. If you see those listed, you may need to disable IPv6 on your router in order to successfully broadcast to Lightstream's servers.

We recommend this workaround only for users comfortable with changing their networking. If you are unfamiliar with your router's admin panel we strongly advise against changing any settings without a technical guide
