Are you receiving an error when you add your webcam as a layer? It’s possible that your browser or network is not configured to utilize Lightstream. 

To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend: 

  1. Trying a different browser. Chrome has shown the best results for our users!
  2. Restart your Modem/Router
  3. Restart your computer
  4. Ensure that  your webcam is not being used on any other program
  5. Configure port forwarding on your router
