How do I access the free Lightstream overlays?

You can find the complimentary Lightstream overlays by clicking on the Add Asset button and then clicking on Image. Once here you'll see an Lightstream section & Simple Overlays section at the bottom that contain a few free overlays to go with whatever you would like to stream!
