We have a couple of ways of getting your game onto your stream! We offer both Display and Window captures which each have their advantages.
When you want to capture your game and nothing more
Window capture is a good option when you want to make sure no sensitive information is captured while streaming or if you don't want the rest of your desktop distracting your viewers!
To add your game using Window capture, you'll want to press the green "Add Layer" button and then select "Client Screenshare". Once on the next pane, you'll want to select your game from the list of Application Windows.
Note: Please make sure that any games you wish to capture as a Window are set to Borderless Windowed or Windowed mode and that the Window is not minimized.
When you want to use a single layer to capture all of your games
Display capture works well when you might be switching between games, you want to capture your entire desktop to show off multiple things, or you're playing a game that has a hard time being captured with Window capture. Display capture might also be used if you'd like to run your game in full screen to save a few system resources.
To add your game using Display capture, you'll want to press the green "Add Layer" button and then select "Client Screenshare". Once on the next pane, you'll want to select the appropriate Display that you want to capture from your computer under the "Entire Screen" option.
